Golf is a sport that required precision and is played by a stick called ‘club’ and a hard ball. Playing it does not require running or walking around and is considered to be a slow sporting activity. Though, the golfer has to move around in the course to put the balls in the series of holes usually eighteen is sort of an exercise and is healthier too. Going out to play gets you some exercise in terms of walking and moving around.

Apparently it looks boring to non-golfers but once you start playing is a real fun.
